All clients who are new to Satin Electrolysis, regardless of prior experience, must book a Consultation first. This appointment will take an hour, during which we go over what Electrolysis entails, the process and risks, and any remaining paperwork. After that, the remainder of the session (~30 - 45 min) will be spent working on the desired region to see how you tolerate treatment and if you would like to move forward with Electrolysis. Online booking is available upon request.

Satin Electrolysis is located in the offices right along Castro Street in the heart of downtown Mountain View. A spot of peaceful quiet amidst the colorful and lively hustle and bustle, pedestrian-friendly and accessible through a quiet walkway connecting City (parking) Lot 5 Castro Street.
There is free parking along either street parallel to Castro with City Lot 5 being closest to the clinic. It can get pretty busy during the peak hours so if you can't find a spot, the MTV Free Public Parking Structure is a reliable go-to that is within easy walking distance.
